if I could give no star, that's what I would give them. Went in to get some custom corrugated cardboard for a project. Sent them the files needed to make the custom cuts through email. Waited approximately a week and heard nothing back. Scott was the person who I was working with, I called and left him a message and got nothing back from him after approx 4 days. I understand that if they were busy at least give me another salesman to work with or send me an email regarding the message I left them. PLEASE DON'T ADVERTISE SERVICE YOU GUYS...

I had a flat tire, pulled into the yard entrance to call the front desk if I could leave my truck there while I got the tire fixed. Trucks were still able to get by and the staff was very polite and helpful! Seems like they have a good foundation of great people...
