I’ve had much better customer service than what I experienced at this warehouse. My husband and I went to pick up a new range we purchased. When we arrived I asked to look at the appliance to make sure it was in good shape. The two associates looked at me like I was crazy. They then proceeded to open a window on the box and I found a scratch on the front where the knobs are. I asked if we could switch it out for another one. The woman said no we need to take it to the store and return, then repurchase another one. What was the point of letting me look at it then? I said I guess we have no choice but to take it. So now we will call customer service and waste more time. All along no smiles or apologies...

We purchased a refrigerator to replace our old one. Ice maker wasn't working. Off course it's the weekend and had to call back on Monday. No water was going through the water line. The x2 delivery guys picked up another exact fridge and delivered to us, was going to do a switch out. That fridge was having the same problem. Never had an issue with the water line to the ice maker. My mom told the delivery guys that. They acted like my mom was dumber, they proceeded to keep checking. Had an appointment at 8:00 (am) got here at 7:50(am). I would say next time to be here exactly at 7:30am already signing in with security because there was like four truck’s already in line and a mini van so i got into a dock and had to take paper work next to 721 at a window just wait there standing waitin to be seen so they can get your paper work. Then who ever’s there will tell you to go back to your truck and when you get a green light come get you paper work. You have to move tandem’s all the way back. They have restrooms and a table with chairs inside. So far so good everyone here is friendly had no problems as a foreigner they treat you...
