Poor customer service. Taking excessive amounts of time after a contract expired to get them to remove my boat. I also inquired about why my boat listed for months was still a "preliminary listing" with only basic information about my boat which showed a lack of effort to me. Nobody answered my question of why it was still a "preliminary listing." Still ongoing despite having it confirmed they were going to do it. Update April 2nd, 2024 - I was asked to remove the negative review to get a gift card. Responding to the owner: If the listing was removed "right away" there would be zero issue. It was weeks with texts, emails, and phone calls. March 3rd, 2024 - I requested it be removed. March 16th, 2024 - I said "Im not getting any responses here can someone let me know. March 20th, 2024 - Response basically said no request in writing was received. This was on the same email chain with the same people after I called, sent text messages (in writing), and emails (in writing). After I forwarded it I received a confirmation email March 20th, 2024 saying it would be removed from the same people same email chain etc. April 1st, 2024 - Received an update on my weekly views. Tried to call hung up on. Called again got a voice message and a text message (canned replies asking me what boat I was interested in). So I sent a very direct email to immediately un-list my boat. Only when I left a negative review did I get responses from humans and not a canned message.

So was my listing removed right away? No. If it was I would not be taking the time to elaborate on the situation so that the owner can understand why I left a negative review about poor...

Could not be more disappointed than ever before. This team failed to apply boat covers and stated that they had, the boat was a disaster upon pickup. The seats were sun baked damaged and motor did not even start when I came to pick it up. I trusted them to take care of my property and they failed to do so. The covers have been added now by me and I cannot stress my frustrations enough. There was a switch broken out when I received it back as well and the captain chair that has been sun baked on it as well. I would never use this service again in my life. They just stated after I addressed concerns that here is a letter stating that your property is as it was when it was given to them. I did not agree!!!!!!
