Food is good, though I have a few suggestions.
⢠Maybe expand the building (For more room and tables)
⢠Add traditional menus with pictures and food descriptions (so that way people can know what they want)
⢠Get rid of the boxes. The boxes clutter up the building, making it look not-presentable, and taking up space.
⢠Hire waiters/waitresses, cleaners, and shelf stockers (so that way everyone is productive and you won't have to do all the work at once)
⢠Add one more bathroom. So that way there will be one for men and one for women (Because there is only one bathroom and some people feel uncomfortable using the same bathroom)
⢠Add outdoor dining! Everyone likes outdoor dining, so maybe you could add that!
⢠Make sure employees are not eating on the job. I've seen employees eat on the job, and that is considered laziness. If they have breaks, tell them to bring their own food from home.
⢠Always have music playing. Most restaurants play music when you enter, so maybe add some music
⢠Add a door behind the ordering counter, because kids could accidentally come in the kitchen.
⢠Cover up air ducts and AC vents. When things like these are exposed, it makes the place look rugged and unprofessional. So if you can, try to get someone to cover them up.
⢠Add more products and menu items frequently. Customers like when new things are presented in a business, so maybe add some new menu items and products!
If I have more I will definitely add! NOTE* I did not write these to be rude, they are just suggestions to get 5 stars, positive buzz, and professional presentation....

Read moreI've lived a half mile away from Mairs for four years, and I never went until recently. I did not know what I was missing. Their jerk chicken is amazing. Get the large size so you have leftovers. The rice and beans, cabbage, corn bread, and plantains that it comes with will last you a couple of days (if you don't give into temptation and eat all of it at once). Their wings are also great, and I love the spice of their different sauces. Don't forget to pick up jerk seasoning, hot sauce, or different Caribbean drinks while...
