Wonderful! I can't say enough about the great care and intention Tracie, the Director, Father Daniel and the Benedictine Monks gave to our Pastoral Council Retreat. Fr. Daniel created content unique to our tri-parish dynamic. The retreat renewed us with greater clarity of our purpose, vision and commitment to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with our community. Benet Lake Monastery is a lovely retreat center with peaceful grounds. The lake is scenic. I was in awe of the variety and size of the trees, some were 70 feet tall. The rooms are comfortable and there and many lounge areas with nice views to read or relax in. The staff were so kind to me. They were never intrusive but were always concerned about my well being.
