Last week, I asked where I could find a good local food stand, and one name kept coming up—Kim and Andrew’s Farm Market on Route 590. So today, the Bride and I took a ride to check it out for ourselves.
All I can say is… WOW! What a beautiful, clean, and well-organized market. It’s filled with fresh vegetables, a great selection of canned and pickled goods, unique shirts, and more. You can really tell this place is run with care and pride.
A special shoutout to the friendly young lady offering samples—she did a fantastic job and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

They always seem to have stuff so early in season. The best thing about this stand is the MAPLE SYRUP. It is the best I have had. Try and buy the lightest color syrup as that is from the first draw and the absolute best tasting. I do not buy maple syrup any place else but here. Andrew - bring back the little tin bottles! The first time I went I asked for the meatballs advertised and they’d been put away already even though it was more than. An hour before closing.
Went back to get some the next day and she put them in two paper boats . I asked for a container or covering as I had a 20 minute drive and she said they didn’t have any. Really ?
Almost walked out without purchasing . They were very good but I guess not convenient to take home.
