Personally, I had an okay experience. I came in to get my head restrung. I bought the new mesh and payed the price. They said it would take a few days. I call back and they said there was something wrong with the mesh and they changed the mesh, saying I should have gotten a text or call (which I never did). The stringing was delayed. They never called my back until I had to call back about my lacrosse stick 1.5 ish weeks later. They said my stringing was done. I came to pick it up, and the stringing job wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything unique that I couldn't have bought online: plus, there was too much bowing for a girls stick and the pocket could have been a little higher (I asked for a mid high pocket and the pocket was mid to mid low). Also, when I cradled side to side, the ball didn't stay in the pocket, it kept moving up and down. I didn't say anything because I decided to try to break in the pocket a little bit higher on my own and didn't want to create too much hassle. Even after breaking in the stick more, I still had the same cradling issue. Not even 2 weeks later, the mesh literally ripped. When I went back to the store, they had good customer service and tried to help, but said I had to contact the mesh people because "I am the customer that bought the mesh and they couldn't give a refund". I also wasn't fully satisfied with the stringing, it was pretty standard which I could have easily bought online and saved my money, time, gas etc instead of coming here. When I pay for custom stringing, I expect a higher quality stringing then one that can be found online. I asked the guy there if he could give my number to the stringing guy just so we could make some minor adjustments to the stringing (I wanted to talk to him on the phone). The stringing guy didn't call me, nor the company itself, and I didn't get new mesh or a refund or anything. I am still trying to contact the people where the mesh was bought from (ECD and Epoach, since there was a switch), which has been unsuccessful. I am not coming here for stringing again and I'm not going to keep driving back and forth. I will just buy new equipment from online or have someone else string my women's lacrosse sticks. The customer service wasn't bad and I'm sure they are probably a lot more knowledgable and better with stringing guys sticks, but they really don't know much about woman's stringing, woman mesh types, and how to string women's sticks, etc. Also, it doesn't really make sense that the customers can't talk to the stringing guy himself because he "only comes in the store to pick up the sticks and strings it on his own time". It is annoying that I never got calls back when I needed to fix my stick or when my stick was done and I had to call first. One of the other guys didn't even know my name (when my name and phone number was given on the paper). Customers can come here for stringing guys sticks or potentially buying new equipment, but if you are a woman lacrosse player trying to get custom high quality fancy stringing (that isn't something you can easily buy online/that isn't factory strung), don't bother coming here. Also, please don't contact me or give me a standard reply, I am done trying and am not going to keep driving back and forth to fix this...

Read moreTook a goalie stick here to be restrung. It came back with unevenly strung sidewalls and the bottom string was so loose the ball fell through. After 3 weeks of play on grass the top string is worn through. Took it back and they said this was normal especially if my kid played on cement. Who plays on cement?? They would not replace the top string. Will NOT...
