McKinney's Furniture — Local services in Salem

Well my husban and i can only say this we bought Sofa Love Seat A matching Chair with Ottoman 3 end table 2 lamps and a king mattress and box spring with cover and king bed fram , a single mattress and box spring and frame and headboard and we paid for a warranty that covers the furniture so now the bad part they delivered items. Mid February now comes November of 2020 i called to let them know that the 3,000.00 living room group is falling apart and springs go to the floor. They said they would come in 2 weeks to pickup for warranty christmas came and went nothing no show so i called again be there in 2 weeks again no show told them 3 time i am moving please pick items up for warranty work again no show . so now after moving in February of 2021 we had to LITERALLY throw away a $3,000.00 living room groupbthat mckinneys refused to pickup for warranty work . they know are phone numbers as they have not change so do the right thing and...

My sister who is elderly recently bought a very expensive recliner from McKinneys, when the chair arrived she felt it was not the same chair she had picked out. When my niece went back with my sister they were polite but stated that it was the chair and that she could look at others if she wasn't happy. My sister was angry and just wanted to leave. My beef is that this recliner was over $1000.00 and there was no warranty offered no paperwork what so ever came with the chair. What happens if the electronics gives out in a week? I bought a living room set @ the Salem store early this year , being a large guy 260 lbs. i got a heavy duty couch . Three months later the couch bedan to sag and was getting worse every day . I called to tell the owner my problem , he said that,s an easy fix we will pick it up in two days and have it for two days then return it . Four days later my couch was back the springs reinforced and looking new agian . never did he mention any kind of fee or charge , he and his staff were all nice as could be .
