Pine creek general store — Local services in Salem

Use your imagination. This is what a general store looked like two centuries ago. Sure the labels are more modern, but there is almost anything you need to supply your house or stomach, as long as it didn't need electricty. You name it, this store has it. Amazing spices, bulk supplies, canning equipment, great Amish mushroom popcorn and cheeses non-electric stoves. There are many more gift items, melodious wind chimes, delightful cutting boards, kitchen pot holders and towels, a long row of hand-crafted porch gliders. If you need feed for chickens or other animals, it is next door. Down the road is a hand picked vegetable and blooming plant open air market next to the giant gardens. My favorite Amish store where I get my dog food and lots of other delicious items , like canned jellies and jams, salsa, pickles, garlic etc. They have all kinds of feed for all kinds of animals and fencing. Fresh eggs, meat, milk and other household needs for cooking and canning, spices and the list goes on and on. I shop there almost every week. I'll take some pics...

I travel around a 3 hour round trip to purchase items at this store! They have a wonderful selection of bulk items, cheese, meat, essential items, etc. Everyone has always been friendly!
