They believe truck drivers set temperature incorectly. Yes, newbie set 34 temp with start and stop mode. However, if you have 4 stops load, and every time you open trailer doors, temp can go up to 50 to 60 easy, and shipper blame drivers.

Yes, we are late for apointment. However, if you have 4 stops, and osd issues along the way, and wait for loading so many hours, we can not do anything.

Watch out ALBERTSON, SAFEWAY loads.They often end up claims issues. Trucking companies and shipper have no clues what is really going on.

05/31/19 The load to mile high was damaging again. 6 times in less than 2 yrs. Almost all of them. Please report to your company for loose shrink wrap. Picture is taken....

The reviews do NOT lie. They are extremely rude at this place. Guy working guard shack didn’t seem to care what went on in shipping area, let alone what went on at all. The girl working in shipping was too busy playing on her phone and got upset that I interrupted her to ask a simple question, such as when does receiving department open (which her response was “I don’t know”). Not to mention her attitude needs adjusting. The girl working receiving was the only positive experience. Got to my dock door immediately, however unloading took around 2 1/2 hours. The staff at this place needs to seriously be spoken to, reprimanded, or replaced...I don’t want to pull the race card, but could it be coincidence they are all Mexican...Nothing “EXPRESS”...

Was actually early on our appt time. Got called to a dock within about a half hr to an hr....was told by our broker we need to pulp BEFORE products gets loaded onto trailer. Was told by the woman at the window they do not allow pulping of products even though the sign above window clearly states in bold as well as highlighted in yellow, that driver can be inside to count as well as pulp but pulping must be done by their probes. We wouldn't have had a problem with that but we were still going to check with our own thermometer, but she flat out refused that happening and said they don't allow pulping at all. We have been at this place for 6 hrs altogether. And.We.Are.Still.Here. We will probably still be here...
