Staff repoire needs some revisisting. Never do they greet you upon entering. Rarely say anything at the cash register aside from the balance due. A very large blood puddle in the ladies room , when directed to the staff , instead of saying "We'll get right on it" they stood there making excuses as to why they aren't addressing the issues of toilet paper outage and general required attention to the restrooms.
