Wow... gone are the days of personalized care and concern for the special occasion needs. I emailed to inquire about ordering a certain type of flower for a funeral. This funeral is for someone who came in their Salisbury store once a week, literally for years and years, and purchased a dozen flowers for me, and I mean literally once a week. I wanted to purchase those particular or even something close to those flowers to have for the funeral. I was told they don't carry them (understandable but I'm sure something close like peonies would have been ok) and told that they don't deliver to funerals unless you order thru the website or by phone (which I'd already stated to call me for phone payment and price was not a concern). But apparently there's no such thing as a special request even under the circumstances of a funeral for someone who'd spent literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars at their store over the years. It's a shame that I'll have to forgo the sentiment and meaning of those flowers... they are lost forever to the corporate world of FTD or whatever they use for generic cookie cutter flower arrangements which have absolutely no meaning to anyone except...

It wasnt ready , was told “I didnt know you would be here this early I can put it together real quick” I explained I set a 12pm pick up time and now concerned she will rush putting my flowers together. She said give her 10 min. I went to my car to put the AC on since I had a cake in the car. Went back in 15 min later only to hear what im guessing is the owner saying in a nasty tone “ I told her 10 min , only 10 min “ As i stood waiting for someone to acknowledge I was already in there waiting someone finally heard i was there and brought my flowers out. My flowers were wrapped in lime green tissue when I specified in my order colors needed to be white , blue and yellow. I asked for white tissue and they fixed it for me. Then they run my card and charge me 60.00 when I told them 50.00 when I ordered the flowers . They offered to refund the 10.00 but by this point I just wanted to leave and be done with this place . Recently, I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. They arrived early in the morning; my daughter opened the door to a beautiful awaking.
