I bought a refrigerator from lucky leroys at what I thought was a decent price on 6,28,2021 Got it home it stopped working while I was working out of town on 7,14,2021 My wife had just had groceries delivered the day before. My wife who is disabled & our two kids could not eat anything that was in the refrigerator the we lost over $300 in groceries. She contacted Jim at lucky leroys he said to bring it back and he would look at it I took it back on Monday he refused to fix it he refused to give me another refrigerator and he refused a refund.

He claims all the appliances he sales are under factory warranty THEY ARE NOT !! We called the manufacturer they told us that since it was *originally * purchased as scratch and dent that there is NO WARRANTY!!! Jim buys “scratch & dent appliances” from local box stores and resales them .

We had a repair man come out to look at the refrigerator the compressor is dead it will cost more then a new refrigerator to get fixed there is a copper pipe in the freezer that has electric tape on it Jim claims it’s thermal tape they should have used duct tape my refrigerator may have lasted another week or two. Called Jim to to tell him what the repair man said he still denies that the refrigerator is broken and refuses to give us a new refrigerator or a refund

I went and purchased a new refrigerator from local box store told the sales person this is our 2nd new refrigerator in less then a month she asked why I explained the situation and she confirmed he dose in fact buy ALL OF THE “SCRATCH AND DENT PRODUCTS “

Today they delivered a refrigerator to my home.So after placing all the food in the sink,the guy brings in the new fridge.Unfortunately,the door opened on the wrong side in a small kitchen making it almost impossible to open the door.After pointing this out to the delivery guy,he explains to me what I need to do to fix it.I informed him that I did not have the tools or skillset to install it.He told me that he was only instructed to deliver it.He told me he would do me a favor by taking the old fridge out the apartment.He set it less than 10 feet from my front door,not taking to curb or taking back with him on truck.I hurriedly called my landlord to inform about guy refusing to install fridge door on and leaving old fridge by my front door before he could leave.I informed him my landlords wish for him to fix door before going back in house.He never came back in to fix it but apparently my landlord called his boss for him to remove the old refrigerator because after loading it up,he mashed out with an attitude almost screeching tires.Be careful.Also,I think the skids under the fridge were supposed...

I would not recommend Lucky Leroy appliance company to no one! I rent a home and my landlord bought a refrigerator and a dish washer from them! They delivered it to me 2 days later and the back of the refrigerator at the bottom was damaged.(No problem) They plugged it up and off they went! I had to call them after they left because it was acting up again(No problem)! They said unplug it to reset it! Guess what New refrigerator doesn't work!(lost all the food)! Still things like this can happen!Called them the following morning for someone to bring me a new refrigerator, mind you I have a special needs child that his medicine goes in the refrigerator! It is Tuesday, they said they would try to have one here by the end of the week! I said No you will have one here today! It is now almost 5 o'clock and I have been waiting all day! Still no one has come! Customer service absolutely has no respect for someone buying their appliances! Mind you I have nothing to keep my son's stuff cold!!But you take your time because you do not care now that you have...
