This guy is horrible and I highly recommend staying far away from his rip off service. We took our TV in for repair and he told us that it would cost about $300.00 to repair. Since it is a 800.00 TV and not that old, we decided to get it fixed. After a couple weeks he called and said that Samsung was going to replace the motherboard free but he still charged us for the part. The charges were 120.00 for labor and 180.00 for parts when he got the parts for free. When we picked up the TV it was flashing or strobing but we took it anyway not being able to afford to put any more money into it at this time. He told us that the LCD screen works like a florescent bulb and tried to explain that the balist was going out. Well, I did some research online and found out that it is as simple as cutting a wire that the factory had incorrectly left connected. Thank God for Youtube or this guy would have gotten another 300 from us. We will never use his service again. He can keep the extra 180.00 and this post will help his future business. Never go to this guy again took my bass speaker to get fixed. Never heard from him after, I called and the number is changed, I went to his home/business calls the new number on the door to get info on my speaker he not home twice in a row I went to his home/business.
