I had CenturyLink link for years with problems here and there. The longest being 2 months with 1 line when I paid for 2 and they didn't credit or refund any money, until I complained on a daily for a month and only got half back. But the last straw was when they forced me to switch to quantum fiber 360 wifi which sounded great, but only lasted 1 day as the tech hooked it up wrong( plugged into 10g port instead of 1g port)from the beginning. So I couldn't get any device but my phone to work and after fixing that and moving the pod/resetting it 5 times and moving the pod 2 more times it still wouldn't connect. It would say the PW was wrong even though I updated it and waited the ten mins like the phone tech said.. HORRIBLE SERVICE,DONT GET QUANTUM OR CENTURYLINK... ( hate saying it but Xfinity is where it's at 10 min online order,2 days later and 20 mins on lunch got mad wifi speed and hella customer service) century and quantum can get bent. 😞 UPADATE: it's been since March since I've had CenturyLink and they still tried charging me $413.00 for a service that is still connected she said. Keep all your receipts with dealing with this company cuz that's the only thing that saved my ass. I was able to prove to her that I did not have CenturyLink since March and I had both tracking numbers from both packages from the shipping labels they sent me. She said it was a quantum error on their side, bish! CenturyLink and quantum are the same company, that's what you told me when I tried switching from CenturyLink to quantum we're the same company we're upgrading to quantum, Horrible and untrustworthy company go to Comcast yeah they're expensive but it's worth it and the customer service is 100% better. Sorry (Trina) hate to throw you under the bus like that but you should probably get a new job. UPDATE: THEY STILL SUCK!!!! 🤘😆🤘....ANOTHER update (1-2025)they still suck and are still trying to get me to pay for 2 months of service I couldn't use... Read moreOn a Saturday morning they claimed there was a coverage outage for my whole area and technicians were working to restore service and it would be completed by end of the day. Evening on Saturday they said repairs were taking longer then expected and the issue would be resolved by end of the weekend. Sunday evening rolls around, still no servive. An update saying service would he restored by end of the day Monday was sent out. Come home from work Monday, still no service and no update on timeline. Tuesday evening after work i still have no service, so I reach out to get an uodate on the timeline. This is when they inform me the outage was not on them and I would need to schedule a technician to come to my house, which they would charge me for. 4 days without sevice that they said they would handle; only to be told it was on me to schedule a technician and pay to restore the service. Read moreTerrible company. We have adsl unfortunately and their techs don't even know what it is. Sitting on chat with their technicians is a living hell. It constantly closes active sessions, waiting queues are hours long, and you really can't get any help to fix issues. We have had technicians lie to us on multiple occasions about supposed outages, I believe because they do not know how to troubleshoot adsl. How do I know?
