Terrible planning. Gave us two game fields and a practice field for a 24 team tournament. Since the practice field was full of teams we decided to go to another field to warmup. We were kicked off and as we tried to explain our situation the lady was very stubborn and would not allow our player to even static stretch. Later, we had started our game and were already 15 minutes in when the same lady tells us we have to get off and wait an hour so the field can dry out. Causing the whole tournament to back up and our players to tighten up. Finally, after arriving at the fields we just were told we have to wait 4 hours so the fields can dry out. This is ridiculous because teams are here from the East and West coast and to be ready to go and then stopped and forced to leave or rewarmup...
Read moreGreat place for sports. Centrally located for Salt Lake and north county access. Well manicured and maintained green space for a polethora of sports. There are over 15 fields to accommodate the largest of tournaments. One neg is the entrance and exit to/from is a nightmare during busy tournaments. They should have 2 more exits on either end of the complex. Recommend you park near the outskirts for quick escape. The other (personal) negative is the big ball swallowing swamp. If your game is next to the swamp, and a teammate kicks the ball over the very high protection fence, the admin doesn't try very hard to get it...
Read moreWe held a 7 on 7 tournament with 97 teams at the Regional Athletic complex. This venue was, by far, the best venue to host such a large event. They even provided a golf cart for us to use to get to all the fields we were using. That helped us tremendously!
The fields were in spectacular condition. The staff were more than happy to help us with any questions before, during and after the event. The staff continually checked on us through out our 2 day event! With all that in mind, the price was definitely affordable! If you're on the fence, please read this and know YOU NEED TO BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE,...
