It took a while for me to join a gym because of the fear of seeing seasoned athletes with a more define body and fear of looking stupid on the quipment. However, you do not get that at BAM in Guntown! I have had the honor of working out with all ages and body types (from the advanced aged population to the adolescents generation). I have witnessed gym members that are strangers work out together. Brittani Scott assists all gym members with any questions or uncertaintied they may have. She has even signed up gym members, on numerous occasions, on her day off! Her door is always open! There is lots of space and it is very clean (even the bathrooms). I feel that every person wanting to optimize their health should look at BAM! BAM in Guntown is not only a great gym, but a place where friendships can begin! i love bam fitness in Guntown ! Brittani Scott was my personal trainer for a few months and before I started training with her she helped me so much in the gym without me having to ask. (we did not know each other at all and she always made me feel comfortable when i had no idea what i was doing!) the tanning beds are the best and the price is unbeatable!! the gym, bathroom and tanning beds are always sooo clean!!! there is cleaner allll round the gym and in the tanning rooms for the customers to use! i love being able to go to a gym and it actually being super super clean. i love seeing...

I am on disability and I was looking for a good fitness center that honors my health insurance so I went to BAM to see what plan they offered me! The girl never got up out of her chair! Never offered to show me around, then when I told her what insurance company I have, she just looked at me, and said, “Oh well I can give you $6.00 off of your monthly membership which will knock it down to $30.00/per month! I said , “l’m sorry what? Snap fitness is offering me a FREE MEMBERSHIP with my United Healthcare insurance!!! I think SNAP fitness can keep their $6.00 off!! Thanks but...
