When I walked into REGIONAL HOMES, l never imagined I would be leaving with a new home. From the first to the last visit I was greeted and treated with respect by the most kind and caring people I had ever met in a business.They were so encouraging and supportive in every way possible. This new family went above and beyond what was expected of them. Yes it is a business, but not always about money, it was more about fulfilling my needs for a home. I have no doubt that each of you will be treated in the same manner, always doing their best. Thank you Brad, Austin, Amy, and all the others for guiding me through this purchase. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, along with the people. They feed us bs. The whole time.. we have been on the “list” for repairs since November. The man who did our skirting didn’t even finish or do it correctly. So two days later when the wind blew with the rain it ALL ripped off. They told us it’s not there responsibility… I absolutely do not recommend this place or company. The Hamilton Holme Builders in AL are the same way after months of trying to get a call from Kimberly when she did call all she said was I’m sorry it’s not me. We should went with Repo homes and got a used remodeled Holmes for cheaper. Even if you google them all the reviews of there customers are as same as mine. I’m currently working with my lawyer. Cause I will not be quiet or taken advantage of...

These people were great with the process of getting us approved for our loan, ordering our home from Sunshine, but that was it.... once the deal was made all the checking in with us was over. We closed on our loan in January, our home was ready in February. We finally got moved in the middle of June. The transportation company tore up our drive way bringing in the house and we were expected to fix everything. All the promises that were made went down the drain.
