Horrible had a broken wire caused truck to turn off called roadside $650 they did nothing went to there shop they assured they could fix charge another 950 still nothing I zipped tied harness up drove to another repair shop fixed for 150$ don't use them they will rip u off leave hanging charge not even fix but wanted to change thousands of dollars ecm extra and told me well do u want to leave a fix it yourself I said no sir I just. Want I guys to find and fix wire not try to rebuild electrical system I was informed its noon we go home no discount apology nothing just steal $1600 quick like I feel like a fool allowing my self to get ripped off there's loves 1 mile from there and other repair shops within 15 min use them places like this scamming outfit need to go out of business...there no real shop they just pray on truck company's will be checking to see if I can file claim with efs at least on the 2nd large payment nothing was done Update I called to try and talk the owner and was call a racist etc and they could care less about my review please share this place did nothing truly nothing and you charge me or keep my stuff watch out they will robbed u will be filling a Civil sute update Dec 2023 Cort awarded me my $$$ also found out there mechanics are not certified or trained also several lawsuit have been filed they use different businesses...

This is my second time using these guys. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are great. They ARE fast and they have very very good pricing. The whole staff is superb . Omg ! I’m so excited writing this review right now. I was in Michigan about 300 miles away when my truck lift gate broke down. I didn’t think twice I decided to call Stan and deadheaded back to Kankakee to the shop. I knew they will take care of me, but what I didn’t know is how fast?.. man the minute I dropped off my truck I didn’t even settle in they were done :) .. I was so happy to get back on the road. And ohh did I forget the pricing is so good, so fair so cheap. I appreciate this team so much. I want to give a shout-out to Pedro and chuck as well. Those guys are amazing . Thank you so much. I don’t ever see myself going anywhere if I’m within 500 mile radius I don’t care I’m deadheading. If anyone is even close to this location look no further I’m telling you now. You will not regret it. Thank you once again !

Ohh before i forget the first time I used was when I ran into a low bridge in Chicago. These guys are amazing team. Very friendly...

Called roadside to fix a starting issue, ended up getting towed to they're shop to put on 2 new batteries and a starter which they ended up costing me $1950. Driver went on the road next for delivery to Nebraska and broke down . Called Another roadside and they said whoever installed starter did not tighten the bolts and stripped on bolt connection. That repair ended up costing me $750 for another starter. I called the owner at Eli's and he refused to cover anything even returning me the starter that was put on by them that they stripped bolts off it. By far the most unfair and rude shop that does not care what happens to you after leaving they're shop. I WOULD NEVER...
