This is by far the worst furniture company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting almost three weeks for my furniture since I’ve bought it upfront. I waited my entire original delivery date (after confirming the delivery the morning of) only to be told at 7:00 p.m that my furniture was broken and I would have to wait another two weeks to receive the furniture. Once the 2nd delivery date arrived , I again waited the entire day and no one showed up until 9:00 P.M to deliver and assemble my furniture and didn’t leave until almost 10:30. The drivers also informed me that they had three more stops that night. Who wants to have furniture delivered to their house at almost midnight?! Also, while at my house they used my restroom without asking me and waited to inform me that the bottom doors on my bedframe were broken until they were leaving. I asked him if they were going to come back and fix it and he couldn’t give me an answer. I never once got a sorry for the inconvenience all I got told was to have patience by the store manager. The store manager at Lakeline/Research is very rude and refused to give me a corporate number once I asked , saying that they don’t have one. Which I find hard to believe considering they’re the store manager. I’ve been waiting to hear back from their delivery manager for three days now after he promised me that he would waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience. Read moreNever again will I purchase from mega furniture again. Salesman typed in wrong telephone number for delivery, they called my spouse at work where he couldn’t answer phone. I called them to confirm telephone number twice they had wrong telephone number they assured me they would correct my telephone number for delivery, they didn’t. Yesterday again they called my spouse at work by the time he was able to call me their blue truck just strolled by took a picture of my dog fenced in, didn’t get down to the gate or even honk said nobody was home. This was not true because my front door was open my 87 year old dad was sitting in the living room I was in the adjacent bedroom and my dad said there was someone going very slow it took me about 10 seconds to get to the front door and the blue truck took off. I called delivery and manager of distribution center on Monday, left messages no one called back. I called again yesterday, no one called back. I called today per delivery operator says their will bean additional charge to redeliver and store associate tells me their will be 40% restocking fee of my money which was paid in cash if I want to return my merchandise. My telephone number was not changed until yesterday when I called to complain and then they said they had called my correct number which wasn’t true. Read moreUpdate March 30th: when sitting down on sofa we heard a pop sound so as a 'just in case' I called Mega and they scheduled a repair tech to come and look.. I only had to wait a day and the man was so thorough and kind ....he opened up the sofa and we couldn't find anything, I thought it was a spring popping but this sofa doesn't have coils or springs it has like a tightly woven bouncy support strip and I was so relieved.... If something does happen I can see that this will be easier to repair....not sure what the pop sound was, something just re-adjusting. He made me feel comfortable about being 'better safe than sorry' as it comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty and it's not even a month old.....but all is good....... Very helpful people each time I called. March 7th 2025: Ordered online - very easy - when needing customer service after notified that the item was out of stock, they were super helpful, spoke to Cera (Sara) from online orders... she was very communicative, i didn't want a different color, so I agreed to wait another few weeks... and when calling for updates they were always knowledgeable and kind.....this is our second order from Mega furniture, just not at this address.... will definitely order again once budget permits... on another note the delivery guys were GREAT... very upbeat and happy it seemed.... really appreciated it as my address is hard to find.... sofa works great with the cover i got to protect it.... didn't want the pattern of the pillows so am looking for...
