⭐️⭐️ 2/5 I was really looking forward to checking out Palm Buddha, especially since it’s tucked away and looked like a hidden gem from the photos. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty strange and disappointing.
We arrived just about 20 minutes after their posted opening time (9 AM) and had a hard time even figuring out where to park. The drive in felt more like we were somewhere we weren’t supposed to be, which was already a little confusing. Once we did park and started walking around, we didn’t see a single person—no staff, no customers, nothing. We assumed someone might be inside the small office that said “open,” so we just wandered around for about 30 minutes.
There are tons of plants, including some beautiful cacti, and I picked out two small ones I wanted to buy. Still, no sign of anyone running the place. Eventually, we passed by the attached coffee shop and finally saw a young woman setting up—but she didn’t acknowledge us at all. No “good morning,” no wave—just kept putting out the open signs as if we weren’t even there.
When we were ready to check out, we still couldn’t find anyone to pay, and I ended up leaving without the plants I picked. The whole thing was just…odd. It felt like we were walking around someone’s private garden, not an actual business that was open to the public.
I hope others have a better experience, but personally, I probably won’t be back. Beautiful plants, yes—but no service, no welcome, no one...
Read moreA huge nursery, have good collections of succulents and cactuses. Also have some flowering and indoor plants. I felt like considering the amount of plants they grow, the prices are high. Also, the nursery is not organized well, very cluttered, hard to find plants by their categories. They also have big plants.
Another thing I noticed is they mostly have well grown plants. If you are looking for small plants that you want to grow, observe and enjoy there growth journey, they don't have that. I like to have small plants and see them growing every day. And even for some mid size plants, the prices are comparatively high.
A thing that I liked is a cafe at the entrance and nice seating area to...
