Beware the moment you step out your vehicle, (not even being on the property you will be harassed) My husband and I own a RV and needed to rent a space for a couple months bc our daughter stays near here and a current resident recommended this place. We parked across the street not even on property yet and we felt very uncomfortable. A lady approached us who was unduly inquisitive. She demanded we tell her who we were. We weren’t even on the property yet. We wanted to visit our friend and check out the property,We called our friend who is a resident. And they told said “oh yea that’s Gloria , she likes to be in everyone’s business” this lady has no right questioning us when we aren’t doing anything illegal just visiting a friend who recommended this property! my goodness who in right mind would want to stay here. With someone watching every move you make and questions everything you do. Residents and Rv owners and guests I hope you know you have rights! Lived here for quite some time property owners are nice to an extent it's quiet and you can do your own thing keep to yourself and you'll be alright kind of area the new property manager is great but as far as the hiccups if another person there harrases you the park won't help you or theyll try and make sure you dont call the cops even with threats and if you're not in good standing they will try and scare you with lies about the laws, overall its a nice place to live but with its hiccups if you do rent, i suggest making sure you keep any paperwork and receipts to make sure you dont get the short end I've always done this and it saved me from getting taken advantage of here and no matter what if you experience something similar dont trust anyone and dont beleive the threats and call the cops they will help you living here was a traumatizing experience and that's my quick thought on this place and it's just my personal opinion maybe it'll help someone maybe it won't but that's my take I wouldn't rent here again but if you need a place give it a try it could be a better...

had a review stating my experience here and they still don't acknowledge the traumatizing impact this place had on my mental health, issues were brought up to the owners, but they ignored and had the maintenance people with previous criminal history harass me and steal my equipment. and because they wanted their payment, fair enough. but how about the unlawful charges they placed on my account the entire time i lived here. they charged me for my registered service dogs, accumulating more than $2000. and when it was brought up to their attention including giving the property manager my service dog paperwork from an actual phycologist they said they "don't do that" and now this place wants to say that I'm solely responsible for other people getting kicked out for their late payments but that's not true, this place likes to mix emotions with business and that's just not how its done here in Texas. anyways as I live my life to the fullest I hope the owners and whoever writes back to these reviews an amazing and...
