Great prices on some items but whatever you buy 9 times out of 10 it won't be in stock then when they give you a date for delivery/pickup they'll call you to change the availability date then when you finally get the call saying your order is ready when you'll find once you've getten that not all of your items will there.....

I purchased a sectional sofa and a marble top dining room table from Bob's Furniture back in June 2020 they told me at the time of purchase that the dining room table would not be available until June 30th, 2020 and the sofa wouldn't be available for pickup August 3rd, 2020 then I received a phone call stating that the dining room table wouldn't be ready for pickup until August 4th, 2020 and the sectional sofa wouldn't be ready for pickup August 23rd, 2020 I called Bob's Furniture on Monday August 24th, 2020 and they confirmed that everything was ready for pickup at that moment/time so I drove my truck and trailer from Los Angeles Ca. to San Bernadino Ca. which was like an hour and a half drive only to get there to find out that half of my sofa was there and as far as the dining room table the only thing they had in stock was the chairs and that the marble top for the dining room table wouldn't be available until September 4th, 2020 and the remaining pieces to my sofa wouldn't be available for pickup until August 14th, 2020 so in my opinion Bob's Furniture Customer Service Sucks had I known that only half of my order was there believe me I would not have wasted my time driving out there I would have just waited until after...

Literally the worst experience I have ever had talking to someone in customer service. My mother works at the Redlands location of bobs discount furniture. She ordered herself a new nightstand. Because she is elderly and could not lift the item she asked me to pick it up for her at the distribution center. One of the managers at her store put it the notes to let me pick it up for her. The man at the front of the center was named LUIS. in a very snide and rude way, (in front of my 4 year old daughter) let me know that my mom should’ve known better then to send someone else to get it for her. That it was one of the first things she was taught in orientation. (Like I was supposed to know that) he told me how much trouble she was going to get into. Even though her manager approved it. When I got my moms manager on the phone, Luis literally refused to speak to him. Told me he didn’t have to. The manager called him from him store phone after hearing how rude he was to me. Luis called someone else to come out front. Pretty sure he actually called security on me. Even though he was yelling at me in the first place. LET ME BE CLEAR THIS HAS NO INFLUENCE ON MY OPINION OF THE STORE EMPLOYEES. after hearing my experience I spoke with another manager who took the time to call me. Whatever you do, don’t shop BOB’s!! most horrifying experience ever. I got white gloves service. I took the day off just to be ready for them. Still missed the delivery!!! On the contract It says that they will physically call me (not text) 30 minutes before they arrive to my house it says that they will text 2 hours prior. I got no call at all! I had just called Customer Service and asked for ETA. The lady told me that they wouldn’t be there till 12 to 130 that was almost 2 hours away so I stepped out. I told her are you sure she said yes, sir I’m looking at my screen and tells me they were two hours away she also said anyways, they will call you when they are on their way! So I stepped out to get water. They arrive 15 minutes later and tell me they’re outside do I live upstairs? I said yes and I heard the girls say all man! ??
