San Bernardino International Airport is the only way to fly to/from the Inland Empire. I've been traveling between the Bay Area and SBD on Breeze Airways over the past two years, and every experience has been exceptional.

Airline check-in and TSA screening take just minutes, and there is ample room to relax at the gates. I'm usually hungry by the time I get to the gate, and The Tarmac Lounge doesn't disappoint with a variety of food, snacks, and drinks.

Breeze Airways customer and in-flight services are both top-notch, contributing to a stress-free passenger experience between SBD and SFO.

I've picked up and dropped off rental cars at Hertz at SBD, with the rental office just footsteps from the terminal.

I've heard the airport offers parking right across from the terminal, at just $5.00 per day, which is such a deal.

While I occasionally fly through the other airport in the IE when flight days and times make this necessary, my preference is SBD and Breeze Airways for an easy, breezy travel experience.

Thank you, SBD, for elevating my...

As an avid plane enthusiast and plane spotter, San Bernardino offers a unique variety of aircraft That’s not present at many airfields in SoCal being that of the presence of a “boneyard” and CalFire/Fire Tanker refilling Area. This airport is very far from LA being around 80 miles away from the area so if you’re a visiting tourist, make sure to spend adequate time spotting here. Many different locations are present being a parking lot south of the runway, a dirt road off the southern end of the airport which offers views of take-off and landing action and a few other areas near and almost on the airport itself. If you want to check out action at this airport, make sure it’s anywhere from August-November at peak fire season when DC-10’s, the VLAT 747-400, Avro’s, BAE’s, and a wider variety of smaller aircraft are presence. Overall this is an airport I suggest for many aviation enthusiasts in the LA area but one that’s far out of the way for a tourist and suggest KVCV up north on the 15 if you want the iconic feel of nostalgic...

San Bernardino International Airport located in the city of San Bernardino is a large multi service airport, for public, commercial, law enforcement, fire department,EMT and for FBO services as well. A wide variety of aircraft and aircraft services are available here for private, commercial, military and government equipment-fixed and rotor wing included. As the former Norton Air force base it features commercial, jet and law enforcement aircraft length runways ( runway Foxtrot being most popular). It's also an interesting location to see aircraft take off and land as well as vintage aircraft being restored, updated and retrofitted. Lots of places to eat in nearby Redlands at the Mountain Grove Shopping Center just minutes away! Enjoy your fly-in,visit and meetings at San Bernardino International Airport! . . . . #sbdinternationalairport #fbo #areas #sanbernardinointernationalairport #airports #nortonairforcebase #sbdx #seetheusa #aircraftphotography #godisgood...

I flew from San Bernardino Airport to San Francisco. It was so easy because it’s so small compared to Ontario and LA. We drive up and the parking lot is right across from the terminal, not a long distance to walk. It reminded me of Ontario Airport 40 years ago when it was small. What I like was it was not crowded and got through the line quickly. I took Breeze Airline, the terminal was nice size, large enough and open. Booking my ticket online was interesting. There are a lot of add on’s, I think similar to Aligent Airline. I will definitely use Breeze again, the convenience of being so close and less people was great .
