My daughter had a Covid test today at 9 AM I paid for the service to get the results within 30 to 60 minutes. The results came six hours later. In an email saying that we won't be able to open the results on apple computers or devices. we resend the email to Friend who have regular PCs they cannot open neither. On their webpage they ask how I would like to receive the results. I said that I wanted via phone call. they didn't do it they sent it via email saying that I won't be able to open it. And then when I called them of course they are closed. Not one single thing that they promised was delivered. Went to PureCare Pharmacy in Carmel Valley off of Carmel Mountain Road for my Rapid COVID-19 test. From start to finish this was an easy and smooth experience. Online appointment, calendar reminders and on-the-day testing from the comfort of my car- took literally no time. This is a very professional outfit and I am glad I went there. The location is also great and easy to access with reserved testing parking spaces. The rapid results were made available in 25 minutes and a follow up email with the report sent to my email in 6h. Went for Covid tests a couple time. Appointments required. Stayed in the car, self collected sample, and handed sample to staff in a bag. Result delivered to email box the next day if sample was taken before noon; otherwise, within 48 hours. Good Experience is convenient, fast, and courteous staff. I didn’t go in the store. However, it looks very clean. Maybe will start filling my prescriptions here based on the good reviews...
