Wow! Wow! Wow! I am so excited to say we officially have an A++++ Kosher caterer in San Diego. I just had my sons bar mitzva last weekend and Morris catered the event. I had sushi and Israeli appetizers and a shawarma stand for dinner. The food was such a hit! My friends throw a log of parties and everyone was asking me who did the food and they said it was the best shawarma, just like in israel. Morris and his team went above and beyond in every way possible. They made the event seamless! They were responsive, helpful, timely, professional. Not only was the food incredible Morris has food displays that take the decor of the party to an entirely new level. The sushi was more beautiful than anything you will see at Nobu and just as delicious. I can’t thank Morris enough for making my party a success and impressing my guests as he and his team did. Even if you are not looking for Kosher I would still use Morris for his professionalism, display, staff, quantity and delicious food. Morris and team bring peace of mind with the best food and service you can get. And on top of everything, Morris was able to pull this off on a Saturday night with keeping Shabbat due to his amazing team and incredibly smooth operation. I feel like a sales lady right now but I am just writing from my heart for how grateful I am. Sorry to say, the Place was the wrong to have gotten Glatt Kosher Catering . Absolute the WORST catered food I have ever had with no exaggeration! .Bagels were stale ,hard as a rock, on the bagel and lox platter. The onions stunk up my whole house , they were days old and the tomatoes were paperthin and very skimpy quantity..The lox was chopped up in little pieces. The dairy Kugel lacked dairy, it was dried out and very dense and heavy with little flavor. The Sliced melon platter was not ripened.Every piece was crunchy and the watermelon was pale pink. Then there was what was supposed to be a cake and pastry platter which turned out to be a small tray of store-bought boxed cookies dry and absolutely tasteless. I paid $450 for 12 people. I am a good cook and I would have never served that food to anyone! The only thing that was good what is the whitefish salad and they don’t make it themselves.
