velofix San Diego — Local services in San Diego

I bought 2 ebikes that required assembly. I did my best, and got them mostly right, but little problems would come up wherever I took them out. I found Velofix San Diego, and Brett came out, found all the places I could have done things a little bit better, and got them both in perfect riding order! I had a blast for a year on them, and reached out to Brett for an annual tune-up. He worked with me on scheduling, and fit me in to his calendar sooner than I expected! He got them all tuned up so all the little squeaks and such are gone. He reviewed with me where there's a little ware and parts that will need replacing in the future, and I'm excited to get out on the bikes again! If I were to do it all over again, I'd have hired Brett to assemble them from the start, and I plan to keep hiring him to help me keep them in the best...

This is the first time that I have ever used Velofix, and holy cow, they did not disappoint. First off, I first saw Brett (the owner) and his Velofix in the OB Christmas parade, and when this spring time hit, I needed our family's beach cruisers tuned up. I eventually found him, and the experience was amazing. I booked him the same day on the Velofix app, and Brett is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and genuine. It was the first time that we ever met, and he seemed like family. I always try to support local businesses, and this is no exception. Brett and the local San Diego Velofix team get my highest recommendation for ANY (to include basic ole beach cruisers like myself) bike servicing needs. Oh yeah, and he was way cheaper than the other competition found online. ...

My experience with Velofix was nothing short of exceptional. I had purchased a bike online for my husband for Christmas and needed Brett to build and size it for my him. The bike I ordered didn’t arrive in time, but Brett actually had the same bike and offered to drop his off so that I’d have something to put under our tree! Talk about going above and beyond. Once the bike did arrive, Brett made everything super easy and convenient. He picked the bike up, built it within a day or two and then dropped it back off. I would highly recommend Brett and Velofix to anyone looking to have any kind of work done on their bike. He’s a bike genius and makes the whole process seamless....
