I've not even been to your store yet but I can already tell that your customer service and business practices must be on point given that you have taken the time to respond to your reviews(good and bad) in such a courteous manner and have encouraged customer suggestions and feedback in an effort to improve your customers overall experiences while shopping with you and also with pricing expectations.
