When I asked my dog how she liked Pachamama, she said “woof woof”. I wouldn’t think otherwise: they have amazing facilities and it’s truly a doggy paradise. Excellent service from start to end with great customer service, good communication and of course good care with our dog. Pachamama is wonderful. We left over our baby Dino for about 10 days and we know he had the time of his life. Throughout his stay, we received daily photos of Dino as well as videos. When he came back to us he was perfectly healthy, had a wonderful coat and looked so happy to be there. Would absolutely recommend. Luego de 2 años de haber rescatado a Cosette, y haber creado un fuerte vinculo de afecto, me vi en la necesidad de dejarla cuidando por dos semanas. El proceso de encontrar el lugar adecuado en el area oeste fue uno muy estresante para mi. Sin embargo, desde la primera llamada telefónica fue evidente los altos estándares de calidad de Pachamama. Comienzo por describir el profesionalismos, amabilidad y empatía que caracterizan a Lucecita. Ella tomó su tiempo para orientarme detalladamente de todo lo que ofrece Pachamama y respondió todas mis preguntas. Me ofreció una visita gratuita de 30 minutos, donde mi familia y Cosette visitamos las facilidades y pudimos ver los parques y cabañas de hospedaje. La única palabra que puedo usar para describir el lugar es PERFECTO. Tanto la limpieza, seguridad de las mascotas, organización, coordinación del personal y la vista panorámica son perfectas. El servicio de Pet Taxi también fue excelente. Fueron muy puntuales con los horarios de transportación, ademas de ser muy sensibles manejando la ansiedad de Cosette para montarse al Pet Taxis (y mi ansiedad también). Desde el primer día de hospedaje recibí las fotos más hermosas qué jamás imaginé. La felicidad de Cosette era evidente, siempre bien integrada con los otros perros y sobre todo lucia saludable. El servicio que yo contraté incluía grooming al final de la estadía, y me la entregaron perfectamente limpia, cepillada y suave. En fin, mi recomendación...
