AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in San Jacinto

This is a review for autozone on Sanderson and Cottonwood. Just gotten off work. Went inside this store around 5:40-5:50pm, October 1st.

I had my backpack on due to most people now carrying laptops and electronics, there's no way I'm leaving my backpack in my car in this town.

I went inside and saw 4-5 workers sitting up front on the cash register all looking at me with a weird look. I greeted them and finally some guy with a fake smile said "hey welcome", that was all that was said, then I continued on my business looking for a new low profile floor jack. ( I have a lowered car)

While I was in the store for 7-10 minutes I was browsing and price comparing with nearby competitors on my phone, I started to look for a worker when suddenly you hear some employees in the back of the store yelling about "casa blanca". Which didn't bother me until someone with a gray shirt came up to me and said "you gotta leave your backpack in the front", this was after I had already walked past 4 employees who never said anything and never asked if they could help until I was walking out the front door. Seriously. Then the employee in the gray shirt said "they should have told you up front" no sir they did not, none of them did anything.

Horrible expiriences here I buy a new battery in thi White lady she is employee from Autozone she told me she is not going to help me to change my battery when I already ask for the other hispanic employee to help me to change it I honesty this is very race person I did not ask her name but you can see her face on the picture when I buy the battery I have the recived in the day in time this happen I feel so angry the way she say say to me in act with me that I can return back the battery because she can not help me in the other hispanic employe I ask him in I need my new battery because Someone is going to help me to put in to my car the new battery he made me to wait longer when I already buy my new battery this is very bad services in the white lady the empleye she told me to go take it by my self the battery wow really??? what kind employee are here to help in support the client!!! today 01-11-24...

This is the BEST AutoZone I have ever been to! I was having a not so good day coming from work, I have been needing to get my battery checked so I just went after work and WOW the customer service I received from Alec was top tier. He also had another co worker with him but I didn’t catch his name they were both AMAZING. Alec took the time to help me with my battery and also replaced the battery with the new one I bought. I know he was just doing his job and being helpful but they really changed my day from a bad one to a good one! I went home and raved about this AutoZone! Alec if you see this thank you so much for your kind service and going above and beyond for me. It was truly appreciated. I will definitely be back to this AutoZone if I ever need anything for my or my family’s vehicles....
