Negotiations - before and during transaction Purely from a sellers point of view, Amit had us covered in all aspects of listing of the house. Fixing and repairing essential items, taking care of the cosmetic improvements, hence throughout the transaction, we were at an upper hand in negotiation. Though we didn’t directly negotiate with the buyers, and Amit took care of it by himself, but we were happy with the end result.
