I walk in and cashier Fabiola (as it states on receipt) doesn’t greet with a “hello” or anything. I asked her a question about an iron on and she said “it’s on one of the boards, I don’t know which one” without even looking up. I then found what I was looking for on my own and as she was on the shirt wall I asked if a certain iron on was $6 as well (it was very small in size) and without even turning around to see what I was holding up she responded “yes.” I then walk over to pay and usually they roll up my vinyl, tape it, and put it in a bag, but she only handed me my receipt and said “thank you” and walked away. She was huffing and puffing the entire time as if she was annoyed to be there. They close at 4pm and I walked in at 3:40pm so I’m not sure if that’s what triggers her rudeness, but as always, I already knew what I was going for. I gave an extra star cause shirts and iron on...

I come here for all my htv needs, shirts, iron ons, etc. I like coming here, store always has a wide variety of sizes and colors. I think they have a fair price on tshirts, that was until today. I bought a shirt a few days ago. I usually don’t wash them before pressing but I did this time. I washed it one time and it looked like I’ve owned it for years. Terrible quality Gildan shirts. It’s not Their fault entirely, but I’m sure they know what they’re selling (owners). I’m ashamed I gift these shirts and sell them. If this has always been the quality, I’m disappointed with the shirts. For the same price, maybe even a dollar or 2 more, id get a better shirt from hobby lobby or Michael’s. Was a bit hesitant when the staff member was asking me where to do the placement on both shirts but I needed the work done. When I took the two shirts out of the black plastic bag it was given to me in I noticed one of the shirts iron on design was wrinkled and not fixable. I didn’t go back because I dont see how they'd be able to fix that problem . I took a loss one one of the shirts so i Just won't be back. $6 dollars for each iron on design plus $3 per item if they iron it on for you in store. Great prices, just bad experience. I dont know how they can prevent those incidents in the future, maybe not putting them into a bag while...
