Nice folks, much cleaner 14er than others that are public land. Nice to hike without dogs or other distractions you normally deal with on public land. Don’t mind paying a little more for a good experience. If it were me I would bump my prices up and offer a cabin stay down at the ranch hq. I don’t care for the high fence which impedes elk and other critters movement. This has just about ruined hunting in Texas. That was 38 years ago, but I still remember it like it was yesterday. I was lucky enough to take me 6 year old Daughter and 10 year old son there (with a side trip to Taos) the Summer of 2016 to open their eyes like mine were so many years ago.
