Located just off the Five and the 54, DER is the most convenient e-waste recycling center in proximity to downtown San Diego that I've been able to find. The fact that they're free makes it even better. Additionally, they're open on Saturdays and Sundays, which makes dropoffs convenient for people busy during the week.
