I canāt believe someone would actually be crazy enough to say this place is unsafe and give 1 āļø. I couldnt disagree more vehemently. Iām an inexperienced 56 year old woman who has been learning to ride for a few months, taking one lesson a week. This place is small, intimate and as personal as can be. Iāve taken lessons with both instructors, Jordan & Alex and both, though different in teaching styles have so much patience and so much to offer. Alex is truly a horse whisperer who wants you to relate to the horses in the way you sit, the energy you put forth with your hips, your legs and seat position. I feel as though I am getting such a strong foundation and such personalized attention. When I leave my lesson I always want to hang out longer with the crew (& the horses), I long for more & my heart always feels so full. The owner Julie always shows up and offers her insight & support as well. If youāre looking for a place that will give you a strong personal foundation or enhance what you already know, this place is for you. If youāre looking for a place that genuinely cares for and treats their horses well & with respect, this place is for you. If you want to have fun while learning, this place is for you. Forget that 1 āļøBogus review. This place is the real deal and worth every one of those...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had a great experience our first year, but the instructor left and our next year was not as great. They asked us to pay for a new block of lessons 4 months before we ran out of the ones we had already paid for, and when we declined suddenly most of our lessons were cancelled. They refused to refund us the lessons they had cancelled and instead offered someone else could use them if we did not want to continue this schedule and cancel routine indefinitely. I would strongly advise against buying lessons in a block as they may not fulfill them.
UPDATE: The cancellations I am referring to and requesting a refund for are 2/27, 4/10, and 4/17, which I assumed were considered off site emergencies per line item m, and not simply the way you operate your business. I have never once complained about paying the full price when my daughter was injured at home, because that is what we agreed to. I think it should also be noted that ASHR cancelled day of on 5/8, but were able to reschedule when I began requesting a refund, and on 5/22, but were able to reschedule when I posted this review. But then cancelled by text while I was driving there today because this review was bringing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been riding with All Season's Horse Riding for a few years now. I absolutely love coming here! I did not grow up riding horses, and only took my first ever lesson about 4 years ago. I had been to other places for lessons before coming here, but it wasn't until I started riding at All Season's that I finally felt like I was getting the attention and care during my rides that l been hoping for in order to see myself become at better rider. The instructors teach me something new each time I ride, and they are all very nice people. They ask my what I want to work on each lesson (which I love as an adult rider) while also making suggestions when I need improvement in certain areas. I have really seen myself improve and become very comfortable riding.
On a more logistical note: I usually ride at a specific time each weekend, but they are very accommodating if I need to switch times or days. They work with me to make sure I can get my rides in and do what I love!
I look forward to every ride, and seeing my favorite horses! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to ride...
