Your Taco Guy — Local services in San Ramon

I contracted 'Your Taco Guy' recently and was 100% satisfied from the moment I first made contact, to the very end when all of my guests said to me, "Who's your Taco Guy, and where'd you find him??"

My situation was very unique, and when I explained it to them, they didn't bat an eyelash at taking on the challenge. I had to feed 4 vendors at 4 different locations (30+people at each site - 2 one day, and 2 the next) all within the typical noonish-lunch hour. They came out, setup, cooked, fed everyone that was present, packaged and left the remaining cooked food for the snackers in the bunch. All of this was done so quickly, effortlessly, courteously and needles to say, the food was DELICIOUS!!

I look forward to my next professional event so that I can contract them once more. I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I were you, if you're looking for a taquero, 'Your Taco Guy' is, well......

Update: Teresa reached out to me and refunded my entire order and assured me this was not the way they typically did business. I was also offered a discount if I decide to try to use their services again. It doesn't fix what happened but I appreciate a company that stands behind their product and service.

Very disappointed. After reading reviews I thought this would be a great place to cater my son's first birthday. Unfortunately the food was dropped off over an hour late, and the order was completely incorrect. I was missing over $120 in food. Not counting taxes. It's been 4 days and they have not responded to any texts or phone calls regarding a refund. Terrible service and the food wasn't even that great either. Certainly not worth all this headache. Very sad that this will be one of my main memories from my baby's...

We had a graduation party for my son this past weekend. With about 75 guests, I did not want the task of cooking for everyone. Your Taco Guy was AMAZING! They arrived about 90 minutes before our guests arrived to set up and start cooking. The smell of the food was delicious and we couldn't wait to eat. We served 3 different kinds of grilled meat, refried beans, rice, quesadillas, plus all the taco fixings we needed. Our guests loved the food and there was plenty for everyone. Our Taco Guy packed up the leftovers so we had plenty for lunch and dinner the next day too. When we were done eating, the guys cleaned up everything and we didn't have to worry about cleaning up or dishes. They were friendly, easy going, and professional. I would highly recommend them and would love to use then again...
