After spending quite a bit of money on signs, a dozen caps and vinyl decals for the trucks, that we were very happy with, we sent two caps back to have the employee names added. My husband picked them up but didn’t check them very close. When we looked at them at home, the names were not straight on the cap. If fact ,it was very poor quality work! I returned them and asked that they either do the caps over or replace the caps. Natasha, who has been wonderful through all our contact with The Prynt Shop, said she would ask the owners about a resolution.. Well, they are not interested in doing any more than refunding the $5 embroidery charge… No replacement caps, no refund of $12 a cap…needless to say we are very disappointed in the shop. My shirts were not ready but one of my son's were so I picked it up, I missed the first football game without my shirt. I'm the head football coach's wife. We have had these tickets printed here for over 12 years. We gave them exactly what we wanted on paper. Someone misspelled a personal name on all 800 tickets.
