I'll give 3 stars just for the horses. I wasn't comfortable with the guide. I had to put my dog down, so I was trying to get out and do something that made me happy. I was as respectful and compliant as I could be. He started off with using the 'r' word. At one point, I my horse and I were confused, and I apologized. He proceeded to tell me I wasn't the worst or craziest customer. 2 out of 10 for being crazy, and the only reason I got a 2 instead of not being crazy at 5 because I'm a woman. He told me I was wrong when I was talking about my experiences between 2 states. Made jokes about me to my friend that were insulting. If we would have had a quiet ride I would've given 5 stars. It was at least a week ago and I still can't get over the ableism, misogyny, and then the gatekeeping, all in an hour. But then said he's not misogynistic because he's got a daughter. Do better by her and treat other women better. I'm never traveling that far for a disappointment again. But the horses...
Read moreSuch an amazing experience. Matt the owner was very kind and made the experience much more fun by interacting with us. He answered all our questions that we had when it came down to riding or the horses. The horses were very gentle and we were very comfortable around them. We rode Sadie, Ginger, and Elle I believe. Sadie was the leader and she was super gentle and definitely A daddy’s girl. If she didn’t hear him behind she would stop till she did so you never get ahead of the group or even fall behind. We did the sunset ride and it was BEAUTIFUL! We did have some guest we seen on the trail and they were very respectful of the horses and Matt knew what to do when they came close. The horses didn’t even react to anything near them. This is A must do if you are ever in town and wanting to do horseback riding. Thank you Matt for the amazing experience. We will be...

I bought a 4 person ride for my mom's birthday because there was a special, sentimental meaning tied to horses. Every time I tried to call to set up the ride (3x) there was nothing available. Then the last time I tried to call, they told me they had changed their voucher terms to weekdays only (which isn't possible for my family) and said they would not honor the voucher even though I had purchased it before the change. I asked if I might be able to talk to someone about finding a way to use it and never got a call back. The staff was so rude and made it clear that they didn't care if we could use the purchased ride or not. Really sad I didn't get to take my mom on the ride but at least Groupon was willing to refund my money. I wouldn't...
