Oil Zone — Local services in Sandstone Charter Township

I pulled in hoping to get the good service previous reviews had mentioned, I don’t know what it was but I’ve never been anywhere to indifferent to my safety or concerns. I told them I needed an oil change but more importantly that I had been driving for hours and my engine temperate light came on and now I couldn’t drive without my RPMs skyrocketing. A potentially dangerous situation especially for a woman traveling alone. I asked if they could please check it out as I still had a couple hours ahead of me to which I received shrugs and mumbles. After seemingly changing my oil one of the men walked away and another told me my total. I was confused, had anything been checked out regarding my RMPs? I had asked for my levels to be checked, are they ok? (I know for a fact my tires need rotating and air) nothing no response from the man who was actually under my hood and the man charging me just responded with an “I dunno, he does that” OK, well where do HE go? I was bewildered at the entire exchange and just gave him my card. He charged me for an oil change and opened the garage door door me to leave. Idk if it was the end of day or what but I really can’t believe they just gave such an I don’t care it’s not my problem attitude toward the cars issue and the fact that I’m to drive off a distance. They put me back on the road in an unsafe car after I came in and asked for their assistance. Terrible and frankly dishonorable for those men to put a 20 something woman back on the road fully aware her car is not safely drivable. Theirs no other mechanic shops anywhere close. I’ve since had to stop at a rest stop in the now evening to try and poke around the hood myself. Just terrible...

I Had Called a Few days prior to get 2 Tires put on my car. Spoke with the gentleman who said no problem. Come in. I wasn't able to come that day but called today and advised that I would be coming to get the tires and if it was a good time, he Said Come In Well Get It Done. Not once but twice was I told it was kinda first come first serve no appointment. Well I'm just drove 20 mins in the Rain on the highway with bad tires to get the Other tires put on like I had to spoke to someone about at 11:30am today and I walk in Absolutely No One Comes to The Front at All, I stood There for 25 Mins Before being Told to Come BACK tomorrow but not sure what time as it first come first serve. To hell with place might have cheap tires but Horrible Customer Service and Will Waste...

Worse place to get used tires.. Yes I understand buying used tires you'll have problems which is my fault but who can really afford $850 for brand new tires but now on top of what I've already paid I have to fork out more money to fix it.. 2 of the 4 tires that I've only had for a month an half have both detreaded in the front. The first time my kids were in the vehicle and all of sudden tread went flying off bending a small part of my fender out of place luckily it didn't rip it off and brake a window and hurt them. then today going down the road and all of sudden again I hear tink tink tink look an again detreaded tire.. I guess you really do get what you pay for smh.. not...
