I will never ever be back to this dispensary, this has been the dispensary sense I turned 21 last year and I never had a problem until today. The man who takes IDs and opens the door was extremely rude to me for no reason, me and my boyfriend always come in together and it’s always this same guy, he never unlocked the door until we both have our ids then tells us to have a nice day. There was a couple in front of us and he did as usual and took one id at a time then unlocked the door for both of them at once. I then walked up with my bf and gave my id and he gave it back and my bf gave his and then the guy told me I had to go thru so I did and was waiting and he turns to me and starts telling me that usually when he give someone back there id they go thru the door, and I smiled and said oh ik i was just waiting for him we’re together. And he then got nasty and started talking slow like I was stupid and slowly explained how he takes the id and presses the button that unlocks the door and he’s never had a problem and it’s not that hard, and I was honestly shocked because I’ve never been in a situation like this before especially from a worker somewhere I’m very respectful. He kept going and I said usually u don’t unlock the door until we both have our ids we come all the time and always go thru together. And then he kept saying how he’s never had anyone not go thru when he unlocks it and it’s not that hard and he’s in charge it’s his rules. I’ve never been treated like this before and it was fully uncalled for and he’s lucky my bf couldn’t hear what he was saying to me, the dispensary should really be more mindful about how they let they’re workers treat customers because I loved this dispensary and budtenders and have always been fairly loyal to this location and this ID guy has been generally unpleasant and grumpy before but this was ridiculous I never plan or hope to be attacked when trying to simply buy some...
Read moreJust recently found this place and I am very pleased with it! Great prices, easy parking, nice selection of products & the staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful! My budtender Rachel gave 5 star service, she was kind and very knowledgeable & made sure to ask if I needed anything else with my pre order!! I'll definitely be back and I will recommend In Good Health..
Edit to add: Since I can only leave this review I'm updating it.. I was in on 7/24/25. My budtender Rachel is beyond amazing everytime.. She definitely deserves the 5 dollar tip and I hope she still receives it even though I can't make another review so I updated my original review from 2 months ago!! But I wanted to say that I did have an issues yesterday when waiting in line.. scene set: I walk in get in line & I'm the only person in line & there were 3 people at the 3 open registers. As I'm waiting in line the waiting room/lines fill up pretty quick .So when someone finally leaves the register I go to walk up and the young women (with long brown hair) stops me and says next walk in so I stop and wait again.. but what upset me was even if there was only 1 line I was next even without pre-ordering I would have been next in line.. I was the only person in line for a good 5 minutes so why make me wait even longer and take someone who just walked in. Actually there were 2 people behind me that came in before the walk in she took 1st!! I was pissed but my budtender Rachel must have seen or felt the vibe because she apologized to me & thanked me for my patiences!! She instantly made me feel better. Read moreIf i could put 0 stars I would. I had a very unexpected experience while visiting this dispensary and i am extremely unpleased with the outcome. After making my purchase with In Good Health, it was instantly obvious they did not give me the correct amount of product. This has happened once before at In Good Health, but in the brockton location, when this happened in brockton they proceeded to weigh the marijuana infront of me and give me a free 3.5 to make up for the missing product. Today, I am on vacation in onset and decided to give the sandwich location a try. To my disbelief, again the bag was way too light to be 14 grams. When i kindly asked them to reweigh it infront of me, they became extremely defensive and refused to show me the scale or even tell me how much the scale was saying is in the package. They never offered a reasonable solution and just refused everything i asked for. I was completely taken away by the disrespect and lack of professionalism from the front desk worker & the manager at the sandwich location. When i started to feel defeated I decided to ask another customer if they believed it was 14g and he proceeded to shake his head no. I decided I will not leave until they show me that it is 14 grams as that is my right as a customer. They then proceed to call the police on me, a paying customer..? who is asking for what they paid for..?. I am extremely embarrassed & disappointed in the outcome of all of this and need to see something done. You are SCAMMING your customers and calling the POLICE on paying customers. I am extremely disappointed that i decided to waste my gas and drive to an “In Good Health” dispensary....
