Updated -.#Reviews should only be done by Residents not affiliated in anyway with the property as below me ( Lady M- works for Apartment Life , which does all the events at the location - it is a conflict of interest & they do not pay regular rent rates . If you have to give a month away free to get people into the Building - there is a reason!Because there are issues ! New reviewers mainly are saying great things because they got 1 month free . Wait and give it 3/4 months then write a review .I had to leave the Property due to being verbally abused by a Staff member that trigger my PTSD. Raising your tone to a Resident is unprofessional and unacceptable . And I know I will get the please contact us at the office . No thank you. People need to know the truth. We where told months ago that the gate & Fobs would be repaired by May 2/3. NOPE. Do you like paying for fees and things that are supposed to be working are not?The positives are location and nature is all around this building and it is close to Marta , Gates ( when it works , all gates have ISSUES’s from time to time). Decor is lovely throughout the property, but it doesn’t make up for non -working or non stocked areas when you pay fees for amenities. Let’s talk about amenities.Every hand sanitizer dispenser and soap should be full at all times , As well as toilet paper and coffee bar. Water towers should be working at all pet stations. Balls should be in the common area and new paddles replaced when worn( there are no ball for ping pong and paddles need replacing)(Update 2/1- funny how new paddles and balls have appeared :) But no chalk for Scrabble:(. Scrabble is fun( where is the chalk to do scores? In The Pet Salon- is there warm or hot warm to bathe a animal?( I personally put the broom, dustpan and a working hair dryer in that room). Gym- cleanliness is a must for gyms. Things should be stocked in every restroom at all times .( I personally put the hand soap in the Female bathroom ( update - soap bottle gone and went to the office because there was none) 2/1/23. Let take a walk in the hallways . If you look down the newly clean rugs are already stained and if you look at the walls you will see cracks and splitting, also looking ceiling are splitting almost every 3/4 feet on most floors .December was a nightmare with all the busted pipes and fire alarms and the Elevator breaking.-Elevator has been broken for what 4 weeks now? And I have never lived in a apartment where cooling and heat was not in the hallways. They say cross venting ( this is not comfortable - don’t move in during Summer if you have asthma ). I can hear everything above and below me and in the hallways. Mail room Delivery is in serious need of labels on shelves not tape with paper ( those fall off). The designs inside are nice . Every neighbor one my floor I talked to has had electrical breaker issues of some kind. Water leaks ? Have been a issue .This is a defect in building and settling .

I’ve lived in Florida most of my life, so hills are kind of a new concept. That being said, I’m not sure they’re supposed to be emulated in the buildings architecture! Apartment is only 6 years old and look at this dip in the flooring! I am entirely certain the building inspector was bribed when this place was being hot glue gunned together.

After living at Alexan for 9 months, my experience only gets better. The staff continue to impress me, my neighbors have become my close friends, and the building maintenance is speedy and done with excellence. I don’t ever want to move out!

I was at first very pleased with this apartment, but I have soured significantly as my lease goes on.

Tl;dr version: New building with modern feel and google fiber, but extremely noisy (thin walls, echoing floors) and unit inspections are constant. If you have pets, I rate this place 1 star for you. If no pets, it is a 3.0, since most people will be at work during the day and not be bothered by alarms and inspections.

Pros: spacious floor plans, brand new building, the grounds looks very nice, quality pool/rec areas. The office puts on events pretty frequently, and google fiber is very fast, if gaming is important to you. Valet trash is convenient. Madison, whom I believe is the office assistant manager, is very warm and approachable. She really seems to care about what you tell her, and is at least professional enough to not act bothered and/or offended by requests and questions, unlike most of the other staff. Paul has also been pleasant, but rarely seen. The fridge and stove are nice quality. Maintenance will respond to your request very quickly, but they are not always helpful. The gym is well stocked and has new, quality equipment.

Cons: primarily, this is the NOISIEST place that I have ever lived (and I used to be a resident assistant. This place makes college parties sound like bible study sessions.) The floors are not only paper thin, but apparently made of some kind of amplifying material. Every step my upstairs neighbor makes is extraordinary loud, especially in the area between the bathroom and laundry (located just outside the bedroom.) I've noticed my own steps echoing in this location and have taken to wearing soft house shoes and walking as lightly as I can. The apartment staff enter the unit very frequently and give poor notice/expect unreasonable things. I understand there are safety regulations to be followed. I was a resident assistant, I get having to do safety inspections whether you want to or not. The problem is 1) they send emails usually about 4-6pm on Monday nights, telling you they are inspecting for the rest of the week. The email instructs you that you should have your pet crated for the duration of the inspection... which is the entire week. Sometimes an estimated day that they will be on your floor is given, but not always. 2) they NEVER leave notices when they have entered your unit, so you are not sure that they've come yet. 3) each of these inspections are "annual" but there have been 8 or so inspections since August. Some inspections were for AC repairs/upgrades. It feels like the inspections are even more frequent, because you're left waiting on them for the entire week.

The latest inspection was for fire, which is of course needed for safety, and would be standard at any apartment. This inspection involves a 15+ minute run of the fire alarm, which is extremely loud in the 1 bedroom unit. (The bedroom has it's own alarm in addition to the building wide alarm. Would definitely wake you up in a fire/from a coma.) The email stated that the alarm could go off at any time, but not that it would run for such a long duration. During the long alarm my cat became pretty panicked and I went to the office seeking help. Office staff told me that since I had an email saying the alarm could go off at anytime this week, that I should have removed my cat from the apartment for the ENTIRE WEEK. If you have a pet, especially a nervous one, I would highly encourage you NOT to move here.

The dishwasher rack is clearly not the correct rack for the unit. It barely fits and has to be forced in even when empty. The dryer ducting causes condensation (and odor) unless you leave the door open any time it is not running. Maintenance staff inspected the dryer and told me nothing can be done to fix it. Electrical system is questionable. Dozens of power outages since July, although some of those are problems with the city's power, outside apartment control. Breakers throw very frequently. Bathroom breaker cannot handle a standard hair dryer. Parking deck is a...

I just moved to Atlanta from Los Angeles and finding a new place to live was a hellish ordeal until I found Linq at North Springs. The property is incredible and the amenities - OMG - are above and beyond...so many fun things to do, events to attend, and great hours - all of which exceeded my wildest dreams.

What makes this property a true gem is the incredible women who work in the leasing office. Brittany Callahan, the property manager, overheard the struggles I'd encountered while considering other properties and made the time to join me on my tour. Her experience with and knowledge of Linq properties was/is amazing, she is incredibly personable and welcoming, and she is always willing to put something down (that I know she'll have to finish later) to answer questions.

Alyssa Langkau, the Assistant Business Manager, was the initial person I was speaking to in the leasing office about my struggles with other properties, what I was looking for, and which apartment layouts I was interested in on this Linq property. Not. unlike Brittany, Alyssa was very engaging, knowledgeable and you could tell by her enthusiasm that genuinely loved working at the property as much as she loved bringing in new tenants to enjoy the property. Both Alyssa and Brittany, took me to view the 2 apartment layouts in the building I thought I'd like based on the website's pictures. We spoke the entire time and these geniuses must've taken epic mental notes as to my preferences, likes and dislikes and already knew the layout I was going to love the most - which was neither of the 2 I had in mind. They respectfully asked whether I had time to see one more apartment before I left, I said yes, and their excitement was contagious and tangible. The second I walked into the 3rd apartment, my jaw dropped and I outwardly squealed with excitement - it's like they read my mind. The only question I had was: "What's next? What do I need to do to lock this apartment down?" If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be living in the apartment of my dreams that's spacious, full of natural light, and exceeded all my expectations!

To finalize the process, I worked with Amber Vargo, the Leasing Agent. While we didn't meet in person until my application had been approved and I was coming on-site to finalize paperwork and get my keys, I worked with her regularly during the entire application process. She was incredibly involved, very on top of things, made sure every "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed, so when I came on-site it was the simplest leasing finalization I've every experienced. She had everything ready for me, provided me with a great folder full of amenity and other property-related information so I could have it on hand, and all with a smile and great interpersonal skills.

I would recommend this property to anyone moving to Atlanta and I simply cannot praise the leasing office and its incredible...
