My friends and I were very excited for our tour of the Dahlonega Vineyards, but were very disappointed. To start off, our driver was an hour late and finally upon his arrival we saw that the van that showed up could not fit everyone in our party that was told to them in advance of two months, so 4 people had to go in a separate car because they had failed to bring the needed space and accommodations that portrayed they had to service us as a whole. I spent our entire tour (5 hours) trying to contact the person that set everything up With me over the phone two months ago and she was unresponsive as well as did not even bother to follow up. She would just read my messages and did not respond. They knew we had something planned as we went over it in detail with more than enough time to make adjustments and reservations as needed with the wineries and tours. We only had 20 min to spend at the first winery before we had to leave for lunch which she then told me she could not push back anymore even though our tardiness was not our fault. So over all my party of 14 were very disappointed and would NEVER recommend or endorse this company to anyone ever wanting the proper service and experience that they deserve made by a more professional, truthful, as well as...

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We booked our tour months in advance paid for accommodations for 14 people to be transported to the wineries. Our drive was an hour and a half late and when he finally showed up the van (keep in mind we were told we were getting a bus) 4 people had to drive separately due to the lack of room. Once we asked why we got a van they said “oh this is all we had due to being so busy” Keep in mind we booked MONTHS in advance. We had four places planned to go and we did not even get a chance to spend time at the first Winery due to our driver being so late. We were then rushed place to place after that trying to make up time. We reached out to the lady who planned it and expressed our feelings to her and she would read the messages and not reply. I was very dissatisfied with this company. Keep in mind we booked this MONTHS in advance ! They were over an hour late for a pickup which caused all our reservations to be very off. The bus or “van” that arrived couldn’t even accommodate the 14 people we had! We had to take another vehicle to transport us around. We maybe spend 15-20 minutes at the first winery due to our delay in the pick up. This was supposed to be a very special day that turned to a circus !! It was awful. The lady that was supposed to be our “ coordinator” could care less about all the mistakes she made!! She wouldn’t even answer our phone calls or text!!! Very unprofessional!!
