Absolutely loved the huge selection and being able to cut my own flower. It only was one dollar per blossom, so if there was more than one blossom on your stem, then you paid more. But Buds didn’t count because they won’t open. Generally, you cut like 18 inches or less. There are cutters provided and a bathroom and lots of parking. They prefer cash, but I think they had Venmo. It’s on an honor system if no one’s there. I just visited Swan Island Dahlia‘s two days ago and I wasn’t even able to buy any Dahlia‘s because they only had big bunches of the same kind of flower available (or bulbs) and I didn’t like any of those cut and don’t wanna grow bulbsand they wouldn’t sell me any other ones unless I called 24 hours in advance. Read moreI love this charming, family-owned U-pick flower farm that specializes in a wide variety of dahlias. This roadside farm provides clippers and bags for your convenience. It was beautiful to stroll through the field, admiring the expansive array of colors, shapes, and sizes before assembling my own unique bouquet. I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of dahlias, all priced at just $1 per stem.
It's important to note that the farm only accepts cash at this time. The first time I drove past this vibrant field of flowers, I was bummed that I only had a few dollars in change. I'm delighted that I've been able to return a few months later, and I look forward to visiting again in the...
