The folks at Rexel are stellar to work with, and specifically, my hats off to Bob Phillips – He is the BEST. From solar system gear to, of course, any electrical item you can imagine on the planet – REXEL has got it - in stock, or they can get it in record time! Rexel is the place to go! Bob Phillips and his team knock it out of the park at every crossroad for my team and I. I’m NOT one to write reviews, BUT, today, I could not help myself since I recently really messed up an electrical gear order ((my fault!) that was going to be VERY costly to our company). So… who saved the day? … Good old BobPhillips@Rexel saved my tail (Again!), and delivered (e.g., Bob in the Rexel van) the RIGHT Stuff in less than 2 hours of my call to him for HELP! Doing deliveries is not even Bob’s job at Rexel (He’s our companies Rexel sales rep). Who does that? And who cares about their customers like that these days? I’ll tell you who, Rexel does! A company is only as good as its employees, and Rexel has quite a customer focused team. I must give credit to my 5 star review to Julie Rogers-Project Manager for the majority of my review here. Lots of people can say they will do things, answer basic questions and call it a day. Julie is the asset that makes you a superstar to your customers by actually caring enough to get you the right answers, solve the complex problems and you know your request will be handled without stressing that your at the bottom of somebody's pile. Rexel is a great place to get any electrical item needed for the smallest projects to the multi million dollar projects. I have had nothing but excellent service from everyone on their team. Julie Rodgers always makes your project a priority, She is always ready and willing to help out with any project we have and goes above and beyond to make your deadlines.
