The only thing I dislike about this quaint little square on the edge of Valencia proper is the parking lot. Grocery shoppers compete with burger buyers at McDonalds and ATM withdrawers at Wells Fargo. Get thru that and the world opens at your fingertips - a donut shop, Ralphs, Wana Iguana for delectable burritos, a cool restaurant I can't remeber the name of but they have a good happy hour, a Rite Aid (without the ice cream sadly :( and a Tomato Joes Pizza. Northpark Village square has several stores and restaurants including Ralph's and Rite Aide. The outside looks fairly well maintained. It looks like it was built in the late 90s or early 2000s. The parking lot is usually pretty full but I have never had trouble finding a spot. Most of the stores are on the back side of the parking lot but the McDonald's and gas station are on the street side. Nice place to grab a...

You almost always have to park in the front and wait for your food. Which I would be okay with, if the food came to you fresh and good. But 9 times out of 10, the fries are soggy and undercooked, the happy meals don't have the condiments you ask for, and the toys are either missing or are for the wrong sex.
