I have successfully hiked down to this beach 1 time. When I was able to, it's like discovering a secret. It's beautiful! Beware: The trail you have to hike down is really difficult at parts. I broke my leg pretty traumatically July '22 (ending up with a spiral tib/fib fracture and now a rod from knee to ankle!), hiking down there alone. With there being no cell service and not many people coming and going, I was lucky when some young women found me after calling for help. I had to be rescued and carried out by the fire department. It used to be one of my favorite spots, but the rise in popularity means TONS OF IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE! Tons of trash scattered around the beach and especially around the edges, broken glass, etc. I watched 10+ seagulls go wild on a picnic set-up that was left behind... plastic cups and paper bags everywhere.
Please please PLEASE, pick up after yourself if you want to enjoy secluded areas like this. Why ruin nature so others can't enjoy after you?
