I honestly don't know where to begin. Having had owned my own business for 18 years, I recognize excellent customer service. It started with one of the floor sales people, Andrea. My friend and I were both impressed by her knowledge of the furniture we were looking at. She made all the proper suggestions and by the time I was finished, I was very happy with the service and the final product. She also threw in a few bonuses along the way. When it came time to check out, Dave, the owner, was at the back register and we reflected on how his candy bowl was nostalgic for himself and others...including myself. Long story short, not only did he shave a little off my final price, but he gave my friend and I each a generous parting gift. Did he need to do this? Absolutely not! I was already at the register, checking out. Without a doubt, this experience will continue to bring me back over and over again. Andrea and Dave were both outstanding in their service and everything done was with a smile...and it even ended with a hug! When someone throws you a bone, it's amazing how far that little act of kindness can go. ...

Oasis is an amazing company. They always exceed my expectations with quality products, service, and value. Sal thank you for these wonderful, well-crafted Adirondack Teak chairs with perfectly fitted cushions, and covers that fit like a glove. Will be back for a few other items real soon. My recommendation to all that beautiful furniture and tasteful home accessories, start with Oasis and save time, receive high quality and value, with unique items for your home.

Junk is the best description! The furniture looks great when you buy it , but in a year or so the powder coat on the metal starts pealing off! If you buy the stone dining tables which I did, it looked beautiful until the other day when the bottom piece which makes the rim of the table fell off and smashed on the ground! So far not only have they barely responded to me about repairing it but they wanted to charge me to repair it! So, the service sucks and I'll probably have to take them to small claims court to get this resolved. My advice is to buy your furniture from a big company that has good return policies and honors their products!...
