BBW I went in to buy a kitchen table and chairs, told the owner I needed something strong and lasting. I showed him the table just like the one I have. He said you don’t want that table it’s cheap I have one in the back I’m building that would be perfect. I said ok can I see it. No it’s still in the box but can show you a picture and if you don’t love it when it shows up I’ll take it back no problem. I told that I could not have anything big and square or with super high chairs. He showed me a picture in a book of what he had in the back, it looked like it might work. Once the table was delivered it was everything we told him we did not want, it was so big we could not even get through part of the kitchen. And the chairs are super high. My wife called back and told the owner this table is everything we told you we did not want. We would like to return it and pick a different table. He then said I’ll have to charge you a fee to return it. My wife said no you told us several times if we did not love the table you would take it back no problem. He then became very upset and Confrontational with my wife and started raising his voice with her then hung up on her. He called back 3 minutes later and said just come get a table but I can pick the old one up and deliver the new one for 2 days. Needless to say my wife wanted nothing to do with going back to the store. So I went back and picked out my table and chairs he was not so big and bad in person as he was over the phone with a women. I bought stuff here before for my job and the owners always been great when you buying stuff, but once you want to return something because he lied about what your getting he’s a whole different person very disappointed that this happened and will not be...

I bought furniture from Tony 5 years ago..loved the store , loved the service, the the couch was pretty red with matching love seat..it held up great!!! Still have it. . Fixing to go back an a few weeks buy new furniture..I lost one of how favorite earrings in the store..didn't Even at the time where..a while past anniversary called the store sur enough Tony found it an saved it..just in case..after several months I still hadn't made it back to Sapulpa..I called him he gladly mailed me my extensive Montana silver Smith earring. the only place ill buy from now..Thanks...

I really like the selection that this place has. The prices are fantastic, very reasonable. I was actually going in just to look at a few things to make my mind up on what I wanted for my living room. The salesperson knocked a couple of dollars off of what I was looking at. So I went ahead and purchased my couch. Now that I've had it a couple of days I really like the color the comfortability of it. It fits in my room perfect. If you're into the rustic furniture they have a lot of it and it is super pricing. So cute I might have to take a bed...
