I came here as usual and had my first bad experience with this what I assume is a female with lots of facial piercings and was wearing a beanie, she wasn't attentive to me and never asked me what I needed but kept checking other people out that was behind me. I said something about it and she said that they already had what they wanted but like I said she never asked me what I wanted. She was rude and unfriendly. I'm not someone who is rude but if you are rude, I will be. I do not allow people to treat me or others badly which this female employee was yelling and talking down to the other employee working so I said do not talk to him that way and I stared at her and asked how she got this job. Also the guy I stood up for ended up standing up for his employee who bullied him right in front of other customers yet everyone in the building acted like I was the one in the wrong. Which I wasn't. If I see something I'm going to say something, do not try to shut me up. I truly hope that she gets fired. I didn't deserve that anxiety from those people bullying me for standing up for someone. Please hire better people. I ended up calling the Catoosa store to maybe get a corporate number but the woman who answered was Casey or Kasey the manager there, she was so kind and sweet and listened to what happened and is going to give this to her boss so hopefully something will be...

I cannot remember his name, but the dark-haired guy who works all the time he is amazing and he takes really good care of me, and the other young lady who also takes care of me and is very helpful also, I don’t know her name but she’s young and really sweet and she’s there a lot too. I just want to thank them for the wonderful service that I get, and the great prices no one beats yawls prize people don’t understand how much money they would save by going there not to mention they’re excellent products that they carry in flour, I was paying $10 a gram for three years before I realized my friend Heather fortson told me about it and I have been there ever since.
