I would give 0 stars if it allowed! The woman behind the counter/register was very rude and obnoxious! She made us feel like we inconvieninced her just by walking inside the store. She repeatedly made abrupt remarks, LOUD AND CLEAR to us, as my family (5 of us total) talked amongst ourselves about what flavor of ice cream cones we were going to get. I had to walk out and leave, refusing to support that business. It's a shame because all my childhood years, my parents always stopped at that store (when it was previously owned. PRIOR 2018) any time we passed through. My parents, my 5 siblings, and myself used to get the biggest- best ice cream cones and the kindest customer service. It used to be a nostalgic memory. My family spent the day at Wolfrun today and we stopped at the store on our way home- as we always done in our childhood- but today was crushing to be treated so poorly. I will not return in the future. And will not carry on the family tradition. I'll do my best to make sure the rest of my family that did not make it in today, know not to go there and ruin what childhood memories they have of what this...

The customer service was very poor I walked in wanted an ice cream cone fire me and my two kids, I used to love this place when I was younger. Do not come unless you want to be insulted for just trying to have a conversation. The people that own this store are a part of the reason this world has gone down the drain. If looks could talk, they’d have have said about a thousand negative things about me and my friends…. oh wait they did. They were some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to listen to.
